About stat counter for blogger

StatCounter provides free customisable hit counters, visitor tracking and website stats for Blogger / Blogspot. You simply need to:

1. Sign up for a free account at StatCounter and follow the wizard
2. When it asks for your web page editor be sure to choose Blogger / Blogspot from the drop down list
3. Copy the StatCounter code (highlight + ctrl c)
4. Log into your Blogger / Blogspot blog.
5. Go to the layout area.
6. Click the link for "add a gadget".
7. Choose the "HTML/JavaScript" option.
8. Paste the StatCounter code into the content section of the gadget.
9. Click "Save".
